Overview
The X9314 is a solid-state, nonvolatile potentiometer with 32 taps, ideal for digitally controlled resistance trimming.
Key Features
It features a three-wire up/down serial interface, nonvolatile storage and recall of wiper position, and operates from 3V to 5.5V with a standby current of less than 500μA.
The device is available in 8-lead MSOP and SOIC packages and is Pb-free plus anneal, making it RoHS compliant.
Operation
The X9314 can be used as a three-terminal potentiometer or as a two-terminal variable resistor, with the wiper position controlled by the CS, UID, and INC inputs.
The device can store the wiper position in nonvolatile memory and recall it upon power-up, allowing for flexible control and parameter adjustments in a wide range of applications.
