The WZO series of vitreous enamelled wirewound resistors from TT Electronics are designed for harsh environments and offer high stability and reliability.

These resistors feature an impervious lead-free vitreous enamel coating, making them suitable for protection circuits, and have high power dissipation for their size.

Power rating: Up to 14W at 25°C and 9W at 70°C

Resistance range: From 1Ω to 100kΩ with 2%, 5%, and 10% tolerances

Temperature coefficient: ±200 ppm/°C typically, ±500 ppm/°C maximum

Construction: High-purity ceramic substrate with interference-fit end caps and welded terminations, coated with vitreous enamel

Terminations: Copper-clad steel wire, nickel-plated and solder-coated, meeting IEC 68.2.21 and IEC 115-1 standards

Marking: Legend marked with type reference, resistance value, and tolerance, according to IEC 62

Performance and Reliability

Meets or exceeds CECC 40-201-002 requirements, with a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature
