The S-808xxC series is a high-precision voltage detector developed using CMOS process, featuring ultra-low current consumption and a miniature package lineup.

Ultra-low current consumption: 1.3 μA (typ.) at VDD = 1.5 V and 0.8 μA (typ.) at VDD = 3.5 V.
High-precision detection voltage: ±2.0% accuracy.
Operating voltage range: 0.65 V to 5.0 V (detection voltage ≤ 1.4 V) and 0.95 V to 10.0 V (detection voltage ≥ 1.5 V).
Hysteresis characteristics: 5% (typ.).
Output forms: Nch open-drain output (Active Low) and CMOS output (Active Low).
Applications
Battery checkers, power failure detectors, power monitors for portable devices, and constant voltage power monitors for cameras, video equipment, and communication devices.
