Overview
The UC1823 family of PWM control ICs is designed for high-frequency switched-mode power supply applications, compatible with voltage or current-mode topologies.
Key Features
These controllers feature a totem pole output, fully latched logic, and a wide bandwidth error amplifier. They also include protection circuitry, such as a current limit comparator, TTL-compatible shutdown port, and a soft start pin.
The devices are optimized for high-frequency operation, with practical switching frequencies up to 1 MHz and a propagation delay to output of 50 ns.
Applications
The UC1823 family is suitable for use in either voltage-mode or current-mode systems, with the capability for input voltage feed-forward.
