Type C multilayer ceramic chip capacitors are available in various sizes (0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, and 1210) and temperature coefficients (COG, XZR, ZSU, and YSV).

COG: 0.5 pF to 0.012 uF, XZR: 150 pF to 0.33 uF, ZSU: 6800 pF to 0.47 uF, YSV: 0.022 pF to 2.2 uF

7″ reel per EIA RS 481-1, parts with caret (^) following the part number are 2,500 pieces per reel, parts with # following the part number are 10,000 pieces per reel
