Key Features
Passivated Tantalum Nitride film, wrap-around termination, and non-leaching nickel barrier ensure high temperature and power handling capabilities.
Available in 1206 and 0805 sizes, with standard packaging in 8mm plastic tape and reel, and optional anti-static bulk and waffle pack packaging.
Specifications
Resistance values range from 1% to 0.02%, with temperature coefficients as low as ±5 ppm/°C.
Operating temperature range is -55°C to +150°C, with power ratings up to 258 mW for 1206 and 100 mW for 0805.
