Capacitance change is maintained within +25% of the initial measured value, where smaller capacitors with a 6.3mm diameter are tested up to 1,000 hours, and larger ones with a 12.5mm diameter are tested for up to 2,000 hours. They also retain tan δ (dissipation factor) to less than 200% of their specified value and maintain leakage current below the specified maximum.
