Microprocessor Crystal Units
The RHLTrO microprocessor crystal units provide an excellent clock signal generator for CPUs, covering a wide frequency range of 100.00 KHz to 300.00 MHz.
_frequency Range and Mode
The frequency range and mode of oscillation vary by holder type:
- HC-49/U: 1.00 MHz to 300.00 MHz
- HC-51/U: 100.00 KHz to 4.00 MHz
- UM-1: 8.00 MHz to 300.00 MHz
Specifications
The specifications for the microprocessor crystal units include:
- Frequency Tolerance at 25°C: ±30 PPM typical, ±50 PPM maximum
- Frequency Stability over Temperature: 208°C to +70°C standard, ~40°C to +85°C extended
- Aging: 5 PPM per year maximum
- Load Capacitance: 10 to 32 pF for parallel, 7 pF maximum for series
- Equivalenty Series Resistance (ESR): see page 3 for details
Tape and Reel Packaging
The RHLTrO microprocessor crystal units are available in tape and reel packaging, with a carrier tape dimension of 12.7 mm, tape width of 18 mm, and pitch of 12.7 mm, containing 1000 pieces per reel.
