Overview
KOA Speer Electronics’ NPOXERXZR_YEV ZON ceramic chip capacitors feature high Q factor, low TC, and are available in high capacitance values (up to 100 pF).
These capacitors meet EU RoHS requirements and are available in various case sizes, including 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, and 1210.

Lead-free terminations, solder plating (Sn), and silver metallization.
Available in various voltage ratings (6.3V, 10V, 16V, 25V, 50V, 100V, and 200V).
Capacitance tolerance options include ±0.25pF, ±0.5pF, ±1%, ±2%, ±5%, ±10%, and ±20%.
Operating temperature range: -55°C to +125°C.
