The M2OOO series H2OOO series VCXO is a high-frequency, low-noise timing solution with a frequency range of 1MHz to 175MHz and start-up time of less than 5ms.
Features include RoHS compliance, operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, and supply voltage of 5.0V.
Applications
The device is suitable for xDSL customer premise equipment, cable modems, ATM/ISONET/ISDH, and other high-frequency applications.
Electrical Specifications
The device has a frequency stability of ±20 ppm to ±150 ppm, depending on the model, and a supply current of 30 mA to 45 mA.
Output levels include “0” level sinking 16mA and “1” level sourcing 10mA, with a rise and fall time of 15 ns.
Input impedance is 1000 KOhm, and start-up time is less than 5 ms.
Control voltage range is 0.3V to 4.0V, and bandwidth is 15 KHz to 150 KHz.
