Overview
The M2300 and H2300 series are VCXO (voltage-controlled crystal oscillator) devices with a frequency range of 150 MHz and a supply voltage of 3.3V.
Features
These devices offer excellent incremental and best-straight-line linearity, with a start-up time of less than 5 ms. They are RoHS compliant and suitable for applications such as xDSL customer premise equipment, cable modems, and ATM/ISONET/SDH.
Electrical Specifications
The devices have a frequency stability of ±20 ppm over the operating temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. They also feature low phase noise and a supply current of 15 mA.
