Features and Applications
The M2300 series VCXO is a high-frequency, low-phase noise timing solution with excellent incremental and best-straight-line linearity and a start-up time of less than 5ms. It is RoHS compliant and suitable for various applications, including xDSL customer premise equipment, cable modems, and ATM/ISONET/ISDH.
Electrical Specifications
The device operates at a frequency range of 1 kHz to 125 MHz, with a frequency stability of ±20 ppm during the first year and ±50 ppm thereafter. It has a supply voltage of 3.3V, with an output current of 16mA (sinking) and 8mA (sourcing). The device also features a high-frequency output with rise and fall times of 2.5 ns and 4.5 ns, respectively.
