The OP235 and OP236 are high-reliability hermetic infrared emitting diodes in a TO-46 package with a lens, providing twice the power output of GaAs at the same drive current.
These devices feature a narrow beam angle and are processed to MIL-PRF-19500, making them suitable for applications such as non-contact reflective object sensors, assembly line automation, machine automation, and military and harsh environments.
