The HI1AGIM is a 6-pin DIP phototransistor optocoupler featuring high-efficiency and low-degradation liquid epitaxial gallium-aluminum-arsenide IRED and a silicon phototransistor.

Logic level compatible, high current transfer ratio, and low input current (as low as 200 pA) make it suitable for low-power logic circuits, telecommunications, and portable electronics.
