The GAP6O, GAP6OCS, GAP75, GAP100, and GAP300 are high-speed InGaAs photodiodes designed for high reliability and low dark current.

Electrical Characteristics
The devices have a typical responsivity of 0.80-0.90 A/W, dark current of 0.8-1.2 nA, and capacitance of 0.6-1.0 pF.

The photodiodes are available in TO-46 (modified) and ceramic submount packages.
