Description
The M2300 series H2300 series is a VCXO (Voltage-Controlled Crystal Oscillator) designed for high-frequency and low-phase-noise timing solutions. It operates on a 3.3V supply voltage and is available in both full and half size packages.
Electrical Specifications
The VCXO features excellent incremental and best-straight-line linearity, with a start-up time of less than 1ms. It has a frequency range of 1.5 MHz to 125 MHz and a frequency stability of ±50 ppm over the operating temperature range.
Environmental and Mechanical Conditions
The device meets various environmental and mechanical conditions, including shock, vibration, humidity, and solvent resistance. It is also designed to withstand two bends of 90° from the reference header and has a guaranteed resistance to solvents according to MIL STD 202, Method 215.

To order the M2300 series H2300 series VCXO, customers can specify the package type (full size “M” or half size “H”), model type, and any additional options (such as gull wing leads). The device is packaged with four glass insulators and is available from Valpey Fisher Corporation.
