Overview
This datasheet describes the YC (convex, flat) and TC (concave) series chip resistor arrays with lead-free terminations made by a thick film process.
Features
These resistors are AEC-Q200 qualified, RoHS compliant, and have a low assembly cost. They are suitable for various applications, including computer, consumer electronics, and mobile phone industries.
Ordering Information
The ordering code consists of the series, size, tolerance, packing type, temperature coefficient, taping reel, and resistance value. There are two types of ordering codes: GLOBAL PART NUMBER and I2NC.
Packaging and Marking
The resistors are available in paper taping reels or embossed plastic tape reels. The marking on the resistors varies depending on the size and type, with some having no marking and others having 1-digit or 3-digit markings.
Construction
The resistors are constructed on a high-grade ceramic body with internal metal electrodes, a thick film resistive element, and a protective epoxy coat.
