The Abrupt series has a reverse voltage of 30 Vdc Min, reverse current of 0.2 mA Max, and diode capacitance (CT) ranging from 4.5 to 100 pF.
Both series have a device dissipation of 400 mW Max and are designed to meet or exceed MIL-S-9500.
