Overview
The ATC 600L Series offers ultra-low ESR, high Q, NPO RF & microwave capacitors with the lowest ESR in class and highest working voltage in class (200V) in standard EIA sizes (0402).
Applications
These capacitors are suitable for cellular base stations, subscriber-based wireless devices, broadband wireless services, WiFi (802.11), satellite communications, and WiMAX (802.16) applications.
Circuit Applications
They are ideal for filter networks, matching networks, high Q frequency tuning, coupling, bypass sources, and DC blocking.
Electrical Specifications
Capacitance ranges from 0.1 to 27 pF, with terminations in tin plated over nickel barrier (standard) and operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C.
Environmental Specifications
The capacitors meet military specifications, including insulation resistance, life test, thermal shock, and moisture resistance.
