Overview
This datasheet describes a series of high power Zener diodes, JEDEC registered 1N2804B through 1N2846B and 1N4557B through 1N4564B, which provide voltage regulation in values from 3.9 V to 200 V.
Key Features
These Zener diodes are available in a TO-2O4AD (TO-3) package and are qualified per MIL-PRF-19500/114. They have a low thermal resistance, making them suitable for operation up to 50 W with adequate mounting and heat sinking.
They are also available in reverse polarity and have JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV military qualifications. RoHS compliant versions are available for commercial grade only.
Applications and Benefits
These Zener diodes regulate voltage over a broad range of operating current and temperature. They are non-sensitive to ESD per MIL-STD-750 method 1020 and are inherently radiation hard.
Voltage tolerances of 10%, 5%, 2%, and 1% are available, making them suitable for a wide range of applications.
