Overview
The M2OOO series H2OOO series VCXO is a high-frequency, low-noise timing solution with a frequency range of 175 MHz to 200 MHz. It is available in full and half size, thru-hole packages with HCMOS/ITTL output.
Features
The device features a RoHS compliant design, fast start-up time of less than 1ms, and a wide operating temperature range. It also has a low current consumption of 30mA and a high-frequency stability of ±20 ppm.
Applications
The device is suitable for use in xDSL customer premise equipment, cable modems, ATM/ISONET/ISDH applications.
