Introduction
The Pre-Delivery Service (PDS) is a critical step in satisfying new car customers. It includes careful inspection, proper operation of electrical accessories, interior cleanliness, and proper function of mechanical systems.
The PDS reminds customers that regular service is essential to the proper maintenance of the vehicle. Dealers are required to install a service reminder sticker before delivery.
Warranty Policy
If additional repairs or adjustments are needed during PDS, they should be performed under warranty. Reimbursement will be managed under the warranty policy.
A completed Check Sheet must be maintained in the customer’s file. If not produced during audit, the PDS payment amount will be subject to debit.
