Safety Precautions
Before using the pressure washer, ensure you understand its proper handing and maintenance. Familiarize yourself with the product and its controls, and keep people and animals away from the work area.
Wear protective gloves and footwear, and stay alert and use common sense. Avoid using the machine if you’re tired or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
The device includes Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) protection to prevent electrical shock. Avoid using extension cords longer than 25 feet (7 meters) and ensure the switch off before plugging the machine.
Use cleaning agents recommended by the manufacturer, and avoid using chemicals that can damage the appliance or compromise its safety.
Operating the Machine
To operate the pressure washer, place the unit on a stable surface, standing upright, and ensure the unit is switched off before plugging into the power outlet.
Connect the high-pressure hose to the spray gun and secure it by twisting clockwise. The spray gun has a locking mechanism to prevent accidental activation.
Start the machine by pulling the trigger, and apply detergent from the bottom to the top of the surface. Avoid wetting the surface beforehand, as this can dilute the detergent’s effectiveness.
Maintenance and Storage
To avoid damaging the pump, keep the machine away from freezing temperatures. Store the pressure washer indoors, dry, and covered, away from adverse weather conditions.
Before storing, ensure the machine is disconnected from power, and the water connections are secure. Drain excess water from the pump and hoses, and store the machine upright.
Check and clean the adapter filter, and clean the nozzle with the needle clean-out tool provided. Dispose of electrical appliances responsibly, and contact customer service if you encounter any issues.
