Safety Precautions
Read and understand the operator’s manual to reduce the risk of injury. Keep proper footing and balance, dress properly, and avoid loose clothing and jewelry.
Keep children and bystanders away while operating the power tool, and disconnect the plug from the source and/or remove the battery pack before making any adjustments or changing accessories.
Power Tool Use and Care
Use the correct power tool for your application, and do not force the power tool. Keep handles and grasping surfaces dry and free from oil and grease.
Use personal protective equipment, and maintain power tools and accessories. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts, and any other condition that may affect the power tool’s operation.
Battery Tool Use and Care
Use only the specified charger for the battery pack, and prevent unintentional starting. Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning on the power tool.
Do not use a battery pack or tool that is damaged or modified, and do not expose the battery pack or tool to fire or excessive temperature.
