Emission Control Warranty Statement
Kohler warrants that the diesel engine is designed, manufactured, and equipped to conform to all applicable emission regulations adopted by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under Section 213 of the Clean Air Act.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship with respect to the warranted emission control system and components for a period of five (5) years or 3000 hours of total operation.
The warranty includes the repair or replacement of any component warranted to the stationary equipment engine owner.
