Introduction
This manual provides installation instructions for the LX2620 Third Function Valve Kit on Kubota tractors with a LA535 front loader.
Important Safety Precautions
Before starting, read the instructions carefully and ensure all parts and tools are accounted for. Wear gloves when working with hydraulic components, and allow them to cool before touching.
Tractor Preparation
Disconnect the front loader from the tractor, relieve hydraulic pressure, and lock the control lever. Then, disconnect the loader hydraulic lines and restart the tractor.
Third Function Valve Preparation
Ensure adapter fittings are installed correctly, and tighten each fitting upon installation. Prepare valve ports A, B, P, and T, and attach elbows and couplers as shown in the illustrations.
The manual provides detailed instructions for hydraulic hose preparation, valve mounting, and hose routing, depending on whether the tractor has a cab or ROPS.
