Safety Precautions
This kerosene forced-air heater is intended for temporary heating of buildings under construction, alteration, or repair. It produces carbon monoxide and requires proper ventilation to avoid death or serious injury.
Do not use gasoline, naphtha, or volatile fuels. Stop the heater before adding fuel, and always fill outdoors away from open flames.
Only persons who can understand and follow the instructions should use or service this heater.
Operating Precautions
This heater is certified for use with No. 1-K kerosene fuel and factory-tested for use with other fuels. Never use gasoline, oil drained from crank cases, naphtha, paint thinners, alcohol, or any other highly flammable fuels.
Check the heater thoroughly for damage before operating. Do not modify the heater or operate a heater that has been modified from its original condition.
Operating Instructions
Unpack the heater carefully, and check for shipping damage. Assemble the wheels and handles according to the instructions.
Plug the heater into a properly grounded 115V, 60Hz outlet, and turn the thermostat to the lowest setting. Start the heater by pushing the toggle switch to the “ON” position.
