Introduction

The ProBP 2400 is a non-invasive digital blood pressure device that uses oscillometric technique and an upper-arm blood pressure cuff to measure systolic and diastolic blood pressures, pulse rate, and mean arterial pressure (MAP).

The device detects irregular heartbeats during measurement and provides a warning signal with the reading. It can accurately measure blood pressure in pregnant patients, including those with known or suspected preeclampsia.

Pregnancy and Pre-eclampsia

The device has been specifically tested and validated for use during pregnancy and pre-eclampsia, which is a critical feature for this vulnerable patient group.

The ProBP 2400 combines the advantages of an automatic blood pressure device and an auscultatory sphygmomanometer, providing convenient, accurate, and reliable office blood pressure measurements according to guidelines from the European Society of Hypertension (ESH), American Heart Association (AHA), and World Health Organization (WHO).
