Safety and Intended Use
The Welch Allyn 1500 Patient Monitor is designed for monitoring vital parameters such as ECG, SpO2, etCO2, non-invasive blood pressure (NIBP), invasive blood pressure (IBP), temperature, and respiration of a patient. It is intended for use by qualified doctors or trained medical personnel.
The device is not suitable for transport, and it is not designed for sterile use or outdoor use. It is classified CF and is defibrillation protected when original accessories are used.
User Responsibility
The user is responsible for ensuring that the personnel have read and understood the operating instructions, particularly the Safety section. Damaged or missing components must be replaced immediately.
The numerical and graphical results and any interpretation given must be examined with respect to the overall clinical condition of the patient and the general recorded data quality.
