Recall Notice for Accu-Chek Insight Adapter and Tubing
Roche Diabetes Care is recalling certain lots of Accu-Chek Insight insulin pump adapters and tubings due to a potential issue with insulin leakage.
The affected products are those with lot numbers lower than 1354241 and 1355360, and include the Accu-Chek Insight Adapter & Tube 40 cm 10 pack, Accu-Chek Insight Adapter & Tube 70 cm 10 pack, and Accu-Chek Insight Adapter & Tube 100 cm 10 pack.
Users are advised to check their stored adapter and tubing supplies by June 17th, 2022, and to discontinue using affected supplies immediately. Free replacements can be obtained by visiting the ACCU-CHEK website and using their online tool. Note: All other lots of Accu-Chek Insight adapter and tubings are not affected by this issue and are safe to use.
