Only properly trained, qualified personnel should operate the device, and maintenance and service operations must only be carried out by Zimmer Biomet Customer Service or approved representatives.

The device has several safety features, including electrical safety, radiation safety, and mechanical safety precautions. Users must verify the proper fixation of instruments, patient references, and bone references before and during surgery.
