About the Device

The AirSense 10 series includes the AutoSet, AutoSet for Her, Elite, and CPAP models, designed for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in patients weighing over 66 lbs (30 kg).

The devices are intended for home and hospital use, with the humidifier designed for single patient use in the home environment and re-use in a hospital/institutional environment.

Indications and Contraindications

The devices are indicated for OSA treatment, but may be contraindicated in patients with severe bullous lung disease, pneumothorax, or other pre-existing conditions.

Adverse Effects and Setup

Users may experience side effects such as drying of the nose, mouth, or throat, and should report unusual chest pain or severe headache to their prescribing physician.

To set up the device, ensure the water tub is filled with distilled water, and connect the air tubing and power cord according to the instructions.
