Key Warranty Highlights
- Automatic Blood Pressure Monitors: 5 years (purchased from 1/11/17 onwards) or 2 years (purchased prior to 1/11/17)
- All Other Omron Devices: 2 years, with the option to register online for an additional 2 years
- Accessories: 1 year
The warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized resellers or those that are imported directly into Australia.
Sending in Your Unit for Service
If a repair is needed, it is recommended to contact Omron Healthcare customer service first to troubleshoot the issue.
Include all relevant details, including your proof of purchase receipt, when sending in your unit for service.
