Warranty Terms and Conditions

Omron products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for a specified period from the date of purchase.

The warranty is void if the product is modified, misused, or damaged, and if repairs are carried out without authority from Omron’s distributor.

Warranty Periods

Automatic Blood Pressure Monitors: 5 years (2 years for purchases prior to 1/11/17, extendable to 4 years with online registration)

Other Omron Devices: 2 years (extendable to 4 years with online registration)

Accessories: 1 year (not eligible for extended warranty)

Warranty Exclusions

Certain products, including Omron MC246 Digital Thermometer, Omron MC341 Digital Thermometer, and others, are not eligible for the 5 year or 4 year extended warranty.

Service and Repair

Before sending in your unit for service, read the troubleshooting section and contact Omron Healthcare customer service.

Enclose the warranty card or repair form, proof of purchase receipt, and all product components when sending in your unit for service.
