MR Elastography Numaris X
This job aid provides guidance on performing MR Elastography using the Numaris X system.
Preparation
Patients should be NPO 4-6 hours prior to the exam. The Active Driver should be turned on, and the patient should be positioned for an abdomen examination.
Exam Procedure
The exam involves positioning the paddle (Passive Driver) on the patient’s upper-right abdomen, registering the patient for the exam, and running the MR Elastography sequence.
Post-Processing
After the exam, the stiffness map is displayed, and the user can select a region of interest (ROI) to measure liver stiffness.
