Introduction
The LATITUDE Consult System is designed to read data from Boston Scientific implanted devices and transfer it to a central server.
Intended Use
The system is intended to provide implanted device data that can be used as part of clinical evaluation.
Contraindications
The system is contraindicated for use with any implanted device other than compatible Boston Scientific devices.
Warnings
The Communicator is MR (Magnetic Resonance) unsafe and should not be brought into the MRI scanner room.
Precautions
Ensure a review of the patient’s implanted device data by calling LATITUDE Consult Technical Services after sending the data.
