Quick Setup
Install 2 AAA batteries, power on, set time and date, select forehead mode, and select temperature unit (Fahrenheit or Celsius).
Basic Temperature Taking (Forehead Mode)
Take temperature readings by holding the thermometer 1 inch away from the forehead, aiming at the center, and pressing the Start Button.
Important Notes
Remove dirt and oils from the forehead, wait 10 minutes after washing, and avoid taking temperatures over scar tissue or open sores.
