Introduction and Intended Use

The iHealth PO3 Fingertip Pulse Oximeter is designed to measure blood oxygen saturation (SpO2%) and pulse rate (bpm) for adults in family, homecare, and community care settings.

It is not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition or disease.

Product Description

The pulse oximeter measures SpO2% and pulse rate by shining two light beams into small blood vessels or capillaries of the finger.

A normal SpO2 reading is typically between 96%-99%.

Specifications

The device has a LED display, is powered by a 3.7V Li-ion battery, and has a SpO2 measuring range of 70-99%.

Cautions

Do not use the pulse oximeter in a magnetic resonance (MR) environment, and avoid excessive finger movement during use.

The device may not work accurately in certain conditions, such as poor blood circulation, low hemoglobin, or hypotension.
