Service Agreement Terms and Conditions
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the services provided by Philips Healthcare to the customer.
Scope of Services
The services include maintenance, repair, and support for the covered system, but exclude certain components and circumstances, such as servicing or replacing components not listed in the quote, and servicing the system if contaminated with blood or other potentially infectious substances.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for ensuring the site is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, disposing of hazardous or biological waste, and maintaining the operating environment within Philips’ specifications.
Payment Terms
Payments are due 30 days from the date of Philips’ invoice, and interest will be charged on late payments.
Warranty Disclaimer
Philips provides no additional warranties, express or implied, under this agreement.
Limitations of Liability
Philips’ total liability for damages is limited to the price stated in the agreement, and Philips is not liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
