General Warnings
The Citadel Plus Bariatric Care System has several warnings to consider before use:
- Ensure the Power rating on the specification label is compatible with the local electricity supply.
- Assess the patient’s age and condition before use.
- Use of head down tilt (Trendelenburg) or foot down tilt (reverse Trendelenburg) may be contraindicated for certain medical conditions.
- Only use the tilt function under the guidance of a clinically-qualified person.
