The Cartesion Prime (PCD-1000A/3) V10.15 is a diagnostic imaging system that combines Positron Emission Tomography (PET) and X-ray Computed Tomography (CT) systems.
Indications for Use
This device is intended for use by trained healthcare professionals to gather metabolic and functional information from the distribution of radiopharmaceuticals in the body for the assessment of various diseases and disorders, including oncological, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.
It can also be operated independently as a whole body multi-slice CT scanner.
Key Features
The device includes features such as AiCE-i for PET, which improves image quality and reduces image noise, and a deviceless PET Respiratory-gating system, which automatically generates a gating signal from list-mode PET data to reconstruct motion-corrected PET images.
