Quick Reference Guide
To operate the bed, use the footboard staff control or the pendant to raise or lower the head section, knee section, or the entire bed.
For specific functions, refer to the following explanations:
One-Touch CPR: Push and release the CPR button; head and knee sections will automatically flatten.
Trendelenburg: Push and hold the TREND or rev.TREND button on the footboard control to achieve either function.
Chair: Push and hold the CHAIR button until the bed stops in chair position; push and hold again to remove chair.
Auto Contour: Press the CONTOUR button, and the knee section will automatically raise when the head section is raised.
Lock-Outs: The pendant can be locked or unlocked to restrict patient use.
Master Lock-Out: Press all three LOCK buttons simultaneously to restrict all controls.
To move and lock the bed, use the Central “Lock & Steer” system. To operate the assist rails, pull the black knob out and rotate the rail into the desired position.
The power status indication is shown on the LED light: solid green means the bed is plugged into an AC power outlet and the battery is fully charged, flashing green means it is charging, and so on.
