Boston Scientific Cardiac Diagnostics (BSC CDx) is a subsidiary of Boston Scientific and a certified independent diagnostic testing facility (IDTF). This document provides Medicare billing guidelines related to purchased technical services under the Anti-Markup Rule for external cardiac monitoring services.

IDTF Services

BSC CDx offers a full portfolio of mobile cardiac health solutions and services, including ambulatory cardiac monitors, cardiac event monitors, and mobile cardiac telemetry. The monitors use a fully integrated, cloud-based platform supported by an IDTF facility.

Billing Guidelines

Claims Submission
