Use

Massage intensity can be varied by exerting more or less pressure on the device. Never massage a specific part of the body for longer than 3 minutes without changing to another area.
Cleaning and Disposal
Clean the device with a slightly damp cloth and mild cleaning agent. Dispose of the device in accordance with the WEEE directive.
