This issue affects specific serial numbers, and users are advised to stop using the meter if it displays the wrong unit or has an affected serial number.
Actions Required
End users should check their meter’s serial number and measuring unit, and contact Accu-Chek Customer Care if affected.
Distributors/retailers should remove affected meters from inventory and contact Accu-Chek Customer Care for return and replacement.
