The ZGP323L is an OTP-based member of the Zilog microcontroller family, designed for infrared applications. It features 237 bytes of general-purpose RAM and up to 32 KB of OTP memory.
The microcontroller is based on Zilog’s 8-bit microcontroller core, with an Expanded Register File that allows access to register-mapped peripherals, I/O circuits, and counter/timer circuitry.

Counter/Timer Architecture
