The X9400 is a highly integrated microcircuit that incorporates four resistor arrays, associated registers and counters, and a serial interface logic.

Four potentiometers per package with 64 resistor taps, SPI serial interface, and non-volatile storage of multiple wiper positions.
Low power CMOS, 24 Ld SOIC and 24 Ld TSSOP Pb-free plus anneal available (RoHS compliant).
Operating voltage range: 2.7V to 5.5V, with analog voltage range: ±5V.
Endurance: 100,000 data changes per bit per register, with 100-year data retention.
Applications
The X9400 can be used as a three-terminal potentiometer or as a two-terminal variable resistor in a wide variety of applications, including control, parameter adjustments, and signal processing.
