Overview
The X9110 is a digitally-controlled potentiometer (XDCP) with 1024 resistor taps, 10-bit resolution, and SPI serial interface.
It features a single potentiometer with 1023 resistive elements in a series array, with tap points connected to the wiper terminal through switches.

Nonvolatile storage of multiple wiper positions, power-on recall, and standby current < 1μA.
Operating voltage range: 2.7V to 5.5V, with analog supply voltage range: ±5V.
