The X28HC256 is a high-performance CMOS 32k x 8 EEPROM that provides highly reliable SV-only nonvolatile memory.
It features a 128-byte page write operation, enabling the entire memory to be rewritten in less than 0.8 seconds, and supports JEDEC standard Software Data Protection.
