The VOZ-75, VOZ-11, and VOY-11 outdoor voltage transformers are designed for outdoor metering and relaying applications, featuring 8.7 and 15 kV ratings, outdoor 75 and 110 kV BIL, and 60 Hertz primary voltage options.
Features
The transformers have specialized winding and shielding techniques for improved voltage stress distribution, with each coil insulated with mylar film and assembled into a support frame. They are cast in hydrophobic cycloaliphatic epoxy (HCEP) for insulation and protection.
The units can be mounted in upright, cantilever, or upside-down positions, and feature electro-tin plated copper primary line terminals and clamp-type secondary terminals. A junction box with a 1″ conduit hub and knock out for a 1″ conduit fitting on the bottom is included.
Standards and Options
These units can be tested to all applicable IEEE, CSA, or IEC standards as requested. Optional accessories include mounting brackets, back-up plates, hangers, and channel brackets for tandem mounting.
